python3-pyproj software package provides Python 3 interface to PROJ.4 library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-pyproj
python3-pyproj is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-pyproj package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-pyproj *
You will get with python3-pyproj package name, version, architecture and description in a table
